Centering Prayer
The Centering Prayer group (that meets on Tuesday mornings) continues to meet from 11am – 12 Noon in the Library in the Pastoral Office building. Centering Prayer is a contemplative form of prayer in which a person simply gives God consent to work within and take over one’s life. Anyone who desires to pray in this manner may join the group. The Thursday Evening Centering Prayer Group meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month in the Family Room off the gathering space in the church from 6:30 to 7:30pm. Contact Linda Monson at (210) 844-1516 for further information.
Thursday Faith Community
Meet on Thursdays at 10:00 am in the Matt/Mark room to share faith on the Sunday Lectionary readings. Velma Spruel-Williams at (210) 416-5563 is the contact person.
First Saturday Rosary Prayer Group
Meet at 9 am in the Day Chapel to pray the Rosary and have a Communion Service.
Spirit & the Word Community Prayer Group
Meet on Wednesdays at 7 pm in Christopher Hall, # 202 for charismatic prayer. They meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in the Day Chapel at 7 pm for a Healing Mass of the Family Tree. The contact person is Carmen Frankel (490-7820).
Men’s ACTS Faith Group
Meet on Wednesday at 7:00 pm in Christopher hall, # 201 to pray and share faith.
Women’s ACTS Prayer Group
